Once we receive your request, we will process and confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

For exchanges or replacements, please specify your preferred alternative item in the return request. If the replacement item exceeds the original purchase price, you will be responsible for the price difference.
